Karin Hoehn has lived in various areas of the lower mainland for 25 years, and has been personally and professionally involved in the real estate industry for over two decades.  As an independent, full time mortgage broker, she has helped hundreds of clients of all ages to acquire their very first home, restructure their finances, speculate on investment property or simply help them when it comes time to renew their existing mortgages.

Karin became a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Elite in Port Coquitlam and she held a dual license up until 2018, which deepened her understanding of the industry, the contractual process of buying and selling, and helped to expand her wealth of knowledge and experience as it relates to the mortgage process.

Her passion is assisting buyers build wealth through home equity, restructuring mortgages to free up cash flow or assisting her clients customize a financial plan to be mortgage free sooner.  Over the years, and each time a client comes up for renewal, she is there to ensure that all options are explored for a new mortgage plan going forward.
